- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and manage the company's procurement process.

- Handle the Supplier Accreditation Process by preparing and submitting the required documents.
- Monitor and track the delivery status of pending supplier orders and provide weekly updates to Salespersons, the immediate superior, and the AVP – Finance and Administration.
- Ensure all received goods meet quality standards and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
